The Silver Therapeutics project is the renovation and expansion of an existing commercial nursery and greenhouse complex for re-use as cannabis cultivation education program and dispensary.
The proposed design incorporates the iconic former City Farm Nursery building into the new complex which will also include a state-of-the-art green house structure.
The new landscape plan substantially improves the site and includes enhancements which complement the city’s Greenbelt Protection Overlay District
