Central Artery Third Harbor Tunnel

Working with the Urban Edge Community Development Corporation, Stull and Lee designed a mixed-use retail center which includes a branch bank and a McDonalds Express. The new building occupies an important corner site and was designed to reinforce the pedestrian scale of Egleston Square by placing the parking at the rear.
