Working with an advisory group convened by the District Alderman, Stull and Lee is helping the group consider the implications of greater height and density as this once fashionable historic lakefront neighborhood continues a remarkable renaissance.
In addition to addressing district wide urban design issues, Stull and Lee is also studying site specific design interventions for key early action sites. S+L designed Oakwood Shores Terrace, a mixed use residential and medical building as an early action Project.
