S+L working in a team with WSP USA engineers and the Urban Innovation Lab (UIL) to design the reconfiguration of Columbus Avenue from Jackson Square to Tremont Street in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood.

S+L and UIL are focused on the urban design integration of the new lane configuration and station platforms with green infrastructure components and public realm enhancements at key locations such as the Roxbury Crossing station plaza which hosts public activities including a bi-weekly community produce market.
