Operated by United South End Settlements, one of the City’s oldest social service providers, the Center once included an art gallery, facilities for the elderly, a day care program and a wide range of offices and meeting spaces. A principal design feature was a 3-story multi-purpose space framed by a series of pedestrian bridges.
