Norwalk Housing Competition

Stull and Lee have been named the winners of a design competition sponsored by the Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk, Connecticut. Stull and Lee’s winning design includes 85 new units and a 10,500 s.f. community center.
The program consists of one and two bedroom units in garden apartments with three and four bedroom units in attached townhouses arranged around a hilltop green.
