A mixed-use development, which will contain approximately 265 residential units, approximately 30,000 sf of office/R&D space, approximately 9,000 sf of retail use, and 301 parking spaces in an above-grade garage, for a total square footage of 462,000 sf including 123,000 sf of parking, this project will be undertaken in two phases.

In Phase 1, two mid-rise residential structures are proposed along Albany Street and incorporating ground-floor retail, in addition to five levels of structured parking.

In Phase 2, two additional buildings are proposed, one of which is a six-story loft-style residential building and the second of which is a mixed-use tower. A key element of the overall Project design is the new internal street, envisioned to be similar to a European street accommodating both vehicles and pedestrians.
