Roxbury Community College is the result of a long planning process in which Stull and Lee played a pivotal role, including the site analysis, master planning, facility programming and ultimately building design.

RCC serves a student body of 1500 and is composed of a four building complex arranged in a linear configuration. The major buildings are the Student Center, the Academic Core, Media Arts and Administration.
